ISOMAT, through Network, stands by the Greek Children’s Village in Filiro

 

The Greek Children’s Village in Filiro, Thessaloniki is a colorful state of 8 houses, which hosts many children’s smiles and is located just a few kilometers from the city of Thessaloniki, on the top of Filiro, in a dry and stony place with a wonderful view. There, the needs for maintenance and repair of the houses are increased and the Administration gives its fight to offer the best possible living conditions for the families.

 

Aware of the difficult work that is performed daily to meet the needs of the Greek Children’s Village and in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility, the company ISOMAT proceeded – through Network of Social Solidarity & Assistance – to donate materials and repair one of its houses of the village, to deal with the corrosion of the external walls but also its absolute thermal insulation with materials of the latest technology.

 

The Hellenic Children’s Village was visited by the President of the ISOMAT Group Mr. Stefanos Tziritis and the President of Network Mr. Nikolaos Pentzos, who had the opportunity to see the repaired house up close and to discuss with the Administration and the people of the village about their daily needs and activities.
