Valuable Donation from the members of the “Network” for the extraordinary reinforcement of the National Health System in the battle against Covid-19

 

Convinced that battles are won when we all work together for the same cause, the “Network of Social Solidarity & Assistance”, after a unanimous decision of all its members, proceeds to dynamically strengthen the Greek Government and the National Health System in the great struggle for interception of Covid-19.

 

A check amounting to 300,000 euros was handed over by the President of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Ioannis Masoutis, to the President of the “Network of Social Solidarity & Assistance”, Mr. Nikolaos Pentzo, within Network program, “I offer to Health”, the supply of ICU ventilators and hospital equipment to the state hospitals of Thessaloniki AHEPA, G.N.TH. G. Papanikolaou, G.N.Th. Hippocrates.

 

A similar donation was submitted jointly by member companies of Network for the supply of medical equipment, proving the practical support of our member companies in the fight given by the medical and nursing staff of the country to combat the spread of the new coronavirus.

 

For all of us in the “Network”, the goal is clear: Faced with such an unprecedented danger, we can only join forces and fight in every way for our fellow human beings. The support of health professionals in the face of such a great challenge for the Greek and world data is not just a moral obligation, but proof that even the most unequal battle can be won when we all contribute from the position we can.

 

The “Network of Social Solidarity & Assistance” with its action seeks to strengthen the sense of responsibility towards fellow human beings and society and declares its readiness to contribute substantially to the joint effort made by our country to protect the highest good of Health and its value. human life.
